To keep our seafood delicious and our fisheries healthy, we serve only the finest wild caught fish and we comply with the Marine Stewardship Council’s guidelines. Our tuna is 100% line-caught albacore from Washington and Hawaii. Our halibut, cod and salmon are wild caught in Northwest and Alaskan waters.
