OUR FISH ARE WILD

To keep our seafood delicious and our fisheries healthy, we serve only the finest wild caught fish and we comply with the Marine Stewardship Council’s guidelines. Our tuna is 100% line-caught albacore from Washington and Hawaii. Our halibut, cod and salmon are wild caught in Northwest and Alaskan waters. We also specify Alaskan spot prawns, coastal shrimp and coastal and Puget Sound Dungeness crab.

OUR BEEF IS CERTIFIED

To become a certified supplier of Angus beef, Chef Ernie had to take The Tides through a stringent certification and inspection process. Certified Angus means we can only use licensed suppliers, and only 8% of beef makes the grade. No wonder our burgers are certifiably delicious.
